I am a theriputic foster parent. I currently have three foster children, 8,9,&14. One is autistic, and the other two deal with many isues. For the privacy of my children I will not use there names. I also have four children of my own, 4,6,9,& 10. I am a member of our local Foster Parent Assosiation. I love what I do! However, there are days I wonder why. My life is filled with school, doctors, councilers, theripists, social workers, sports, support groups and housework. Foster care is a fulltime job for me. I have been a foster parent for nearly five years and I have had approx. 30 children in my home. I would love to hear from others."
